Are all research methods included in every audit?

No. We select the methods according to your goals, available data, traffic and access. The proposal defines what is included before work begins.

Does the audit include running A/B tests?

The audit can include test hypotheses and UX design variants. Implementing, running and measuring live A/B tests are not included in the audit scope described here.
